If accepted, the 9.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 9.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. It was a beautiful day, and just as relaxed and “unfussy” (if that’s a word) as it could be. Kids played in the water and sand, and everyone watched a beautiful sunset and visited with each other. We rented the fire ring and brought firewood and stuff to make s’mores. We rented their cornhole/bags setup, so people played that. Everyone raved about the food! We served beer and pop and white wine sangria, which was also a hit.

We had SO MUCH FOOD! We had cheese and crackers, veggies, and coconut shrimp as appetizers and that shrimp was amazing! Then we had a taco bar with shrimp tacos and beef tacos. Chassey and her crew took care of every detail, from setup to tear down.
